Yaw invites you to join him on his first Morocco Photography Retreat. Marrakech, the bustling city that has enchanted travelers for centuries, is a photographer's paradise. From the intricate patterns of the Saadian Tombs to the stunning gardens of the Bahia Palace, every corner of Marrakech exudes an exotic charm that is sure to inspire your creativity. If you're a photographer with a passion for fashion, Marrakech is a destination you won't want to miss. This city is a photographer's dream, with a rich history, stunning architecture, and unique culture that can serve as the perfect backdrop for a beautiful fashion or beauty story. From the winding alleyways of the Medina to the lush gardens of the city's many palaces, there's no shortage of locations to inspire your work.

You'll have the opportunity to work with locals, who will bring a unique energy and authenticity to your shoots. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with other creatives, sharing ideas and techniques to elevate your work to new heights.

Lodging is included in the rate. We will all be staying together at a beautiful traditional residence in Marrakech. Some of lodging is double occupancy in the residence. Lodging subject to change as we will be in Marrakech during the busy season. REGISTRATION
Registration is only for individuals who are prepared to book their attendance. Once your registration form below has been submitted and approved by Yaw, you will be provided with a link via email to submit payment. Payment is required within 24 hours of approval to join this excursion.
Waiver of Liability *
This Waiver of Liability releases YAW ASIEDU PHOTOGRAPHY LLC and its affiliated members from all liability relating to injuries that may occur {during production, on the assignment, photo shoot.}. By clicking this agreement and submitting this booking form, I agree to hold YAW ASIEDU PHOTOGRAPHY LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in the production. These include but are not limited to physical or mental injury. I understand that I am participating voluntarily and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this production. By clicking the agreement below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against YAW ASIEDU PHOTOGRAPHY LLC or its affiliates for any reason. In return, I will receive the agreed-upon services offered. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions and all laws during the production or excursion. I will ask for clarification when needed.

Cancellation Policy *
Cancellation: (a) The Creative will be required to complete a Booking Form, upon receipt of the booking form, YAW ASIEDU PHOTOGRAPHY LLC will send an email as confirmation. Once initial payment has been received the booking will then be considered Confirmed. (b) As a result, once a booking is Confirmed, there are no refunds on sessions. All session rates are immediately applied to your production fees. In the event that the creative must cancel their attendance, they have the option to find another individual to take their spot for the session and take on their payment obligations. (c) In the event of an emergency, the creative may cancel and receive a credit towards another Excursion at a later date. All contributing parties in your session are not employees of YAW ASIEDU PHOTOGRAPHY LLC (including but not limited to makeup artist, hair stylist, models, wardrobe stylist, designers, assistants, etc.) They are considered independent contractors and NOT included in the Cancellation Policy.

Refund *
There are no refunds on Excursion unless the Excursion is cancelled by YAW ASIEDU PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. In the event that the creative must cancel their attendance, they have the option to find another individual to take their spot for the Excursion and take on their payment obligations. (c) In the event of an emergency, the creative may cancel and YAW ASIEDU PHOTOGRAPHY LLC will offer a credit. That credit will be to the discretion of YAW ASIEDU PHOTOGRAPHY LLC. There is absolutely no refund on lodging, talent booking, transportation booking, or permit fees. This refund policy is on behalf of the travel organizations that YAW ASIEDU PHOTOGRAPHY LLC works with. This policy is to protect YAW ASIEDU PHOTOGRAPHY LLC and attendees from additional expenses and to keep the rate as affordable as possible for all attending individuals.
