Date: SEPTEMBER 9TH & 17TH 2023
During this single day workshop we will begin in the morning going over the basics of studio lighting, and how I see light. We will talk about what your strengths are, and what you need help improving in regards to using studio lights. You will have a chance to meet the beauty team and ask her/ them questions with a group Q&A. We will talk about modifiers, and which ones are best when looking to recreate the images below.
On the day of the workshop I will be demonstrating with a professional model Two (2) of my favorite lighting setups for beauty that I use all of the time for my clean beauty, skincare, & makeup work. I find that people, well at least I learn best when there is a hands on demonstration accompanying the lecture.
After the short demonstration, it will be your turn to step up, take the driver’s seat and control the outcome of your shoot. You will have the opportunity to shoot in the studio with a professional model. You will have a minimum of 15 minutes with each look, I will be there to help you when you need it. We will be doing 2 beauty looks.
